Zero Tolerance Comment Policy

Hi all,

Below is a post outlining my new comment policy here at Lee From America. In an effort to continue to foster a community that is uplifting, helpful, and constructive, there is a new comment policy in place. All comments moving forward will be reviewed by a human moderator before being published on my site.

The policy is published below, and it will be included at the bottom of all blog posts moving forward for total clarity and transparency's sake. Your comment will never be edited before publication, but we reserve the right to approve or moderate comments as strictly outlined in the policy below. All comments are subject to the moderator’s approval. We reserve the right to remove or delete comments at our discretion.

Lee From America Comment Policy

To be approved for publication, you must adhere to the below policy.

• We welcome comments that are articulate, well-informed, and relevant. Your unique insights and criticism are embraced, as long as they are constructive, civil, and avoid personal attacks.

• Any comments that are off topic, non-helpful, threatening, or partake in take-down culture will not be tolerated and you may be reported and banned from publishing on the site.

• This is a positive community. Any bashing, hateful attacks, or sexist remarks will be removed. Hate speech and bullying are not welcome here.

• Generally, we will not allow comments focusing on or discussing the moderation policies, and we will moderate accordingly. Please keep your comments to the subject at hand.

We reserve the right to remove comments that do not adhere to the above guidelines. It is up to the human moderator’s discretion.
