Persimmon, Banana, Spinach & Hemp Smoothie Bowl
Introducing my Spinach, Hemp, and Persimmon Banana Smoothie Bowl!
This was one of the creamiest and most delightful yet.
3 bananas
1 persimmon (ripe)
1 tablespoon of hemp protein powder (make sure it’s organic)
2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup almond milk
Blend until creamy and thick. Pour into bowl.

rawnola
pumpkin seeds
mulberries
hemp seeds

flax seeds
