Pumpkin Caramel Breakfast Bowl
Fall is here. To me, that means earthy vibrant flavors and deep auburn colors. Also, pumpkin.
I hate pumpkin spice lattes. I love real pumpkin. Pumpkin and coffee do not mix. Pumpkin and bananas do.
This bowl is 100% RAW, VEGAN, AND F-CKING DELICIOUS.
BASE
2 frozen bananas
1 cup pumpkin puree (BPA, organic)
1/3 cup. Califia Farms Almond Milk
1 ice cube.
3 pitted medjool dates.
cinnamon
nutmeg to taste
Blend well in a Vitamix until desired consistency is achieved!
Toppings:
brown banana
My bliss ball, cut up.
coconut sugar
coconut shreds
pepitas
blueberries
my three seed mix (chia, sesame, and flax)
I’m on the banana island and loving it. Eating around 6-8 bananas per day. Perhaps one day I will get to turn, and then really turn into a monkey. I have so much energy eating this way, and it makes me re-think everything I do to the products I wear, the amount of useless shit I buy, and even down the toothpaste I am using. I threw out all my chemical-ridden face washes and now only use tea-tree oil and water. My face has cleared up, and my hair is shinier.
