This book has been three years in the making, but really, I’ve been living it for a lifetime. It shares my journey of becoming a top wellness influencer, stepping away at the height of my success, and confronting the pressures that came with it. It’s a story about losing myself online and finding my way back to myself again, away from the constant pressure of eyeballs.
It touches on themes such as seeking online validation, being obsessed with numbers, chasing virality, and the difficulties of striving for an authentic brand on an inherently inauthentic platform.
