Holiday Gift Guide 2019

A note- I know how stressful the holidays can be, so be kind to yourself. It's the end of the year. All these lists are coming out (I know, I'm only adding to it) and there is all this pressure to achieve and buy and cross off and plan for the next year. But just remember that you are doing enough. You are enough. And take a moment to reset and re-center. That may mean going offline. Or it may mean more time with family. Or it may mean nursing your hobbies and actually leaving the office at 5:00pm. Whatever it is you may be need, I hope you give it to yourself this season.
